Terms of Use and Booking Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms govern the use of the official website and the online booking system of Residence Pictas.

By accessing this website and/or making a reservation, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

2. Website Use

The website content may be used solely for personal and informational purposes.

All textual, graphic, and multimedia content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the owner's prior written consent.

Information published on the website is regularly updated; however, Residence Pictas does not guarantee complete accuracy at all times and shall not be held liable for any unintentional errors or omissions.

The website may contain links to external websites over which the owner has no control and assumes no responsibility for their content or availability.

Electronic communication may involve certain security risks and is therefore considered non-confidential.

3. Reservations and Payment

Reservations may be made via the website, email, or telephone.

A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee the reservation.

Accepted cards are those listed in the booking system at the time of reservation.

The card will not be charged immediately unless explicitly stated in the conditions of the selected rate.

4. Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Rate

Free cancellation is available within 24 hours of making the reservation.

After this period, or in the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued exclusively to the card used for payment. The refund processing period is up to 14 days from the date the refund is approved.

6. Stay at the Property

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-out is required by 10:30 AM on the day of departure.

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

7. Tourist Tax

Tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price.

The amount is calculated in accordance with applicable legislation of the Republic of Croatia.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Guests have the right to submit a written complaint via the property's official email address (info@pictasresidence.com) or by post to: Domovinskog rata 5A, 21000 Split, Croatia.

A response will be provided within the statutory period of 15 days.

Croatian law shall apply to all legal relationships, and the court with jurisdiction shall be the court competent according to the registered seat of the owner.

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed lawfully, transparently, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms enter into force on the date of publication.

Residence Pictas reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
